崗位職責
Responsible for providing assistance to the General Manager in handling the company business, including translation & interpretation, daily secretarial work, & daily communication.
負責協助總經理處理公司事務,包括翻譯,日常文書及溝通工作。
o Responsible for making arrangements & preparation for all schedules of GM, including appointment-making, accommodation-booking, & follow-ups.
負責安排和準備總經理的所有行程,包括安排會面,酒店預約,行程預約,以及跟進。
o Responsible for facilitating GM's management & supervision of the company by holding meetings, collecting data from related sources and generating reports.
負責協助總經理對公司的管理和監控,主要形式有會議安排,信息搜集,及報告撰寫。
o Responsible for coordinating in inter-departmental tasks, whether by providing assistance or acting as a team leader.
負責協調處理公司各部門間的工作。
o Responsible for the company administration affairs, including inter-company communication, invitations & visits & dinners, & visitor accommodation arrangement.
負責公司行政方面的事務,包括公司間的溝通,邀請,參觀,聚餐,以及客人的行程預約及安排。
o Responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients, friendly companies & different government authorities.
負責維護與客戶,友好企業,及各級政府部門的友好合作關系。
o As a connection between MM and Philips visitors, providing assistance & making arrangement for reservation, transportation & accommodation.
作為公司與總公司的客人的溝通橋梁,協助酒店預約,派車安排等
o Other tasks assigned by management

任職要求
Bachelor of English 英語專業本科以上學歷;
Language skills語言能力: Excellent command of spoken and written in English , Mandarin , 英語國語聽說讀寫流利, 能與外國人溝通交流;
Computer計算機:Intermediate Working knowledge of computer, such as Photoshop, Power Point ,熟練操作各類電腦辦公軟件;
Project Management & Analyze experience;有項目管理經驗;
3-5 years related working experience in manufacturing industry ;在制造業行業有3-5 年或以上相關總經理助理或人事行政方面的工作經驗;
Good communication & coordination skills 良好的溝通協調能力;
